Frequently Asked Questions

Can I combine the visit with El Tajín on the same day?+

Yes, it's the most common plan. The archaeological site opens early; we recommend visiting it from 9:00 to 13:00 and booking your experience at the reserve from 14:00 or 15:00 onward. We're 15 minutes away by car. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you line up the timing.

Can children come?+

Yes. The Jungle Trail and the Cacao Route are kid-friendly; the orchard and free-range hens are usually their favorite part. For the night experience we recommend children over 8 accompanied by an adult.

Why is the minimum 2 people?+

Every departure comes with a dedicated guide. If you're traveling solo, message us on WhatsApp: when there's already a confirmed group at a given time, you can join individually.

Is food included?+

Traditional Totonac food — wood-fire cooking, eggs from our free-range hens, and fruit from the orchard — is prepared by advance reservation only. Add it to any experience by messaging us on WhatsApp when you confirm your booking.

Is there lodging at the reserve?+

Not for now: all our experiences are during the day or early evening, designed so you head back to sleep at your hotel in Papantla, just 10 minutes away. That way you enjoy the jungle without changing your plans.
